I agree, you come here, you become an American. You keep your culture at home, you speak English in public, you speak your native language at home. My mother was an immigrant and she learned English, took her citizenship test in English without the help of a translator. She was adamant that if you wish to come to America you become American.

i am not sarcastic.. the liberty of chosing comunication method and languages should not be given to annyone. i say give a ticket to anyone who is caught talking something else but english in the USA. Perhaps the state can be liniant for tourists
