Workout Crew: Critique my before pic.
Normally breakfast is Cereal (Kashi Go Lean Crunch). (about 300 calories)
Lunch varies from a sandwich to left over dinner from the night before (normally about 300 calories)
Dinner a protein (mostly chicken or fish...sometimes steak) with a vegetable. (about 500 calories)
If I get hungry I eat fruit or a protein bar as a snack.
You're always going to burn some muscle when you do cardio.

I'm 5'8" 170 and I do lots of cardio (edit: and a fair amount of weight training), and I still look quite a bit more "husky" than you. I've got a permanent winter layer from all the beer.
