how what and when are you eating?
I eat 3 meals a day.
Normally breakfast is Cereal (Kashi Go Lean Crunch). (about 300 calories)
Lunch varies from a sandwich to left over dinner from the night before (normally about 300 calories)
Dinner a protein (mostly chicken or fish...sometimes steak) with a vegetable. (about 500 calories)
If I get hungry I eat fruit or a protein bar as a snack.
