i have one whole chicken.
one crock pot that will fit said chicken with plenty of room to spare.
i want to make chili verde with said chicken and said crock pot.

anyone know how?

nothing's easier than baking


place chicken in baking pan
season, stuff, inject, etc
cover with foil
bake for 15 minutes @ 350
check, turn, season more if you want
bake for 15 minutes @ 350
test for done ness, if done, remove, if not, bake longer.
