I am since I am doing the elliptical and walking in the evenings with the GF around the lake.

However, I am not counting the walks around the lake because I don't feel like taking my Ipod with me, and I am sure someone would call bs, so I am just counting the elliptical.

After a long layoff I finally did my second run. I did it outside this time with the GPS watch. Damn...hills make it a lot harder. My calves are killing me.

Anyway I ran 4.153 Miles in about 41 minutes. I averaged a 10 minute mile. I am guessing I was running at about an 8-8.5 minute mile. Then with my walking I averaged 10minute/mile.

Here is the pic of the GPS watch.



Total run so far is 12.473
