If you tuck it in your laces it will be a little off. At the end of my 3.09 miles last night I found there ws a difference of .17 miles between the treadmill and the Nike+ system.
Not enough for me to really worry about in the long run.
I was reading on their website that it doesn't work well with treadmills. makes me pissed really because that's where I do most of my running. oh well, I'll go to the track this Sunday and calibrate it properly.
you wanna run by the honor system? great. knock yourself out. but since nothing you do is being tracked, please leave the trash talking to those of us with the nike+.
I dont see any trash talking, guess you couldnt read my sarcasm. I guess the only proof I can provide is a before and after picture (which will take a few months).
Anyway, did 2 more yesterday.
