Do you have good shoes? I used to have a lot of knee problems as well, but good shoes took care of most of that. The rest was stretching
Yeah good shoes and a lot of stretching efore and after each run. 1/4 to half mile brisk walk warmup and still my knees are not surviving the runs very well.
I guess I am going to switch over to road biking for my cardio workout instead because I can't afford to blow my knee out or take the risk of having it happen.
