I pretty much straight up hit on a girl today for the first time and got turned down.

I've known this girl for a while, and I like her a lot and let her know I was interested. She said she wouldn't let things "get awkward".

i've had several guys i know ask me how i know/date some of the girls i have....my response has always been "what's the worse thing that could happen...she can say no?"

i'm not saying adopt a "don't give a fuck" attitude, but if you find somebody you like, just go for it. regret is a motherfucker....also after awhile this "attitude" will come off as confidence (if adapted correctly) which 99% of girls find appealing
