I over worked it. Now I'm sore. But that was on Saturday. I'm still really sore. I think it was the combo of benching and working out the triceps too much too far.
I think I over extended my elbows, or something. I put BenGay on it last night, didn't help much. I can hardly bend my arms now, what can I do for this pain?

Are you just starting working out? If so, you have to start slow for 2-3 weeks to let your body get used to using weight to work out. It happened to me after I took an extended break from working out, and then went way too hard too soon. All you can do is ice it, and rest.

I think he's talking about the elbow ligaments/tendons on the inside of the elbow.

I guess you could say it's a return from a break. It's the outside back of the elbow. Starting into the triceps area.
If I leave my arms straight for a while, then it hurts even more to move them less. If I keep stretching, it hurts all the time but I have more range of motion.

You need to eat a banana, take some protein, and ibuprofen.
The banana and protein will help you heal, and the ibuprofen will help the inflammation.
I do chest and tri's on the same day and dont have a problem as long as I eat enough protein.
