If you have bruising or swelling of the area, you might want to get it checked out.

If it's just soreness and it hasn't subsided in 15 days, you might want to get it checked out.

If you just returned from a long break, had a good workout and now are sore, you're going to have to wait it out. Protein, BCAA's and proper nutrition will all aid in muscle recovery.

Yea, it's just sore. Feels tight, like the muscle is contracted. Like you can feel a "knot".


Side note: Car that parks next to me has a Finch sticker on their back window. I wouldn't know who that was if it wasn't for their woody wood pecker logo and remember seeing Chanc's avatar as that.

Sounds like routine muscle soreness. Massage it and ice/heat.

i get that all the time since i haven't worked out regularly in forever. it really sucks, just massage it and stretch it.
