The Envoy (Max Towing Capacity:6,300 lbs) or the Envoy Denali (Max Towing Capacity:
6,600 lbs)?
Either model should have more than enough to pull something of that size. The 300lb capacity increase isn't worth the additional 9G's.

Check the tongue weight of the trailer and the total weight of the boat and trailer and make sure the Envoy is capable of pulling that amount of weight. Specs for the 6 cylinder is 5800#.
