Check the tongue weight of the trailer and the total weight of the boat and trailer and make sure the Envoy is capable of pulling that amount of weight. Specs for the 6 cylinder is 5800#.
being a bass boat, we are talking more than likely fiberglass...at 25 ft.
should come in well under that weight
