WTF are you complaining about dipshit? After you perform an alignment it is mandatory that you test drive the car after it's done. How else do would you see if the steering wheel is straight or if the car pulls? If he didn't test drive it and your steering wheel was crooked then you would have made a thread about how dumb the mechanics are at Midas and how they couldn't do any alignment for shit, am I right?

For the record, before you bitch about something think about what you might want to say and how much sense it makes.

I know Midas and all those other places are notorious for fuck-ups, but you had no place to bitch to the clerk about that.

The place I go to test drives the car before and after. It just gives them an accurate picture of what they are trying to fix and whether they fixed.

hey retard...he was talking about them driving it BEFORE the alignment not after. For the record if they are using a digital alignment rack, than none of this test drive crap is needed. Its drive it on, pull the pins for the slide plates, etc etc.....

Last time I got my car aligned I ended up spending about 180. Front passenger tire pushed back 1/2 inch. Woo for frame damage!!!

Ok retard. You are supposed to test drive the car BEFORE and AFTER the alignment regardless of if it's a digital rack or not. Please do not try and argue with me over this, the mechanic is just getting a picture of what they're doing.

Would you test drive a car after you mounted and balanced tires?

Would you test drive a car after you replace brakes to see if the replacement rotors are warped? I've had a case when the new Toyota rotors were warped from the factory. You'll just never know.

Any well trained technician knows how crucial the test drive is.

I've never had an alignment done on the Integra but it needs one...it's been pulling to the right quite a bit. Do I have to go somewhere special since it's lowered? I figure a place like Sears would just align it according to the stock set up.
