with their expectations. even put into terms they could understand they have no interest in even cost efficient spending to increase productivity. My company has this problem. They dont look at tomorrow. They only look at today. They dont invest. Dude I work 85+ hrs a week and it would reduce their costs and increase productivity to hire a second engineer. My overtime alone would pay for another engineer plus a significant amount on the debit side of their balance sheets. You know why they wont hire one? They can not see past the original wage that would have to be paid to hire someone with the knowledge.

I dont know what it is, im not sure what field u are in firefastsi but i know in the IT field. It seems like they are hiring more and more idiots by the day. The sad thing is some of these people come in making more money then me and know about less then half of what i know...now THAT irritates me
