Its a constant, ridiculous amount of lazyness that happens everyday. It is ruining a job that I would love, have loved in the past, and probably will never love again. I set up my control room for both ease of use and so that we can take advantage of the equipment to the extent the equipment is designed for. I do efficient programming, I explain when I upgrade, I hand shit on a silver platter. The ops, come in-taking a job that they are being paid to know how to do-and I end up doing half their work for them. When they break shit-I fix it. I dont yell. There is no excuse for people to not learn their trade and expect some sucker like me to let them be lazy.

Anyone have a stat on the percentage of people in America that do their job TO THE EXTENT that they are paid to do said job?

Then I want to know what the percentage is of people that have to compensate for the assholes that get paid for nothing.

I dont really want anyone to have to look that up or anything, its just a rant.

Try dividing by Pi then plotting it out on a coordinate system, multiply by 3/4 Pi, then find the dot product of the answer, then divide by the LCM
