my understanding is that they are return to the full auto setup.

m16a1 single/full auto
m16a2 single/3 round burst
m16a3 single/full auto
m16a4 single/3 round burst
and they use burst to save ammo and improve marksmanship.

i understand your point, but the picture was taken as more of a joke than anything, cause i knew it would generate this response. the gun was just purchased 10 mins before the picture was taken, and to be honest i checked the chamber before i took the gun out of the case, just out of habit.
