Okay... here we go again people...

It's the Superbowl (Boo Giants. Boooo.), so I thought I'd release a new Dodge Colt video detailing my progress of getting the thing converted to AWD. I washed it, pushed it in the garage, put it in the air and removed the FWD rear and rear sub-frame. Enjoy.

http://homepage.mac.com/jafro/iMovieTheater72.html

The steel has been ordered to mount the AWD rear, and they'll be done cutting it Monday. Enough to do 3 cars cost me $36. I bought a 60 cu ft Argon tank for the MIG, and an automatic welding mask so that's ready to rock & roll. I broke my sawzall cutting through the rear subframe. Warranties are okay on cheap tools. Especially when you go back to return it, and the tool counter girl is hot, and you didn't even bathe or shave, and you're still wearing the same metal-shaving and filth covered shoes and shop clothes you cut your car up with, and you exchange cell numbers. And no, she's not on work-release from the county. I'm talkin' about the cell number with 7 digits and no letters.

I fixed the GSX last weekend. Yay Jafro. Yaaaay.

Holy Jeebus. No update in 10 months? Really? Has it been that long? I've done stuff, lots of stuff, but it's been like re-inventing the wheel. The AWD rear is now installed. Here, have a video.

Is this where you got welder's poisoning from not wearing a ventilator? I couldn't really tell but looks like you welded a subframe inbetween the frame rails. Are you going to attach gussets to support torsional stress?

Looks good though. Keep on trucking!
