F1 drivers make history as they drive their high-revving, 1000+ man hours of engineering involved, sweet melody of an F1 V8 and as their carbon-fiber monocaque body streamline through the air. Best suspension and brakes that mankind are capable of making where G-forces can exceed 5 G's on a hard corner and 120G's on a front-end collision. I can go on...

I just can't see how it's fun to see a sport where Chevy (amazing in ALMS), Dodge, Ford, etc compete at their top of their technology and innovation on a oval track with thousands of fans (mostly rednecks) are cheering.

that's just me though..

millions not thousands buddy, and each circuit respectivly has its finer points...nascar is obviously based on different vehicle design and race style. i enjoy both but if i had to pick id pick nascar...

F1 cars are amazing machines there's no doubt about it. I'd just much rather watch a competition between drivers, not cars. I think NASCAR is finally going to finally get some more international recognition with Montoya and possibly Villeneuve racing here now.

It's old?

That's enough for me...paying that much for an old car.
