I just can't see how it's fun to see a sport where Chevy (amazing in ALMS), Dodge, Ford, etc compete at their top of their technology and innovation on a oval track with thousands of fans (mostly rednecks) are cheering.

that's just me though..

F1 cars are amazing machines there's no doubt about it. I'd just much rather watch a competition between drivers, not cars. I think NASCAR is finally going to finally get some more international recognition with Montoya and possibly Villeneuve racing here now.
