90% of your drivers, especially nascar take a hands on approach when it comes to their cars. alot of these guys started in local dirt track open wheels so they are very into what goes on with their car.
Not so much anymore. A few of the drivers have engineering degrees and are very hands on with the suspension setup but rarely are they actually working on the cars.

meh...i will give ya that...i usually see alot of drivers with their heads under the hood on raceday at MIS
