Default workout crew: new updates?

I lost my workout journal last night

I made awesome progress over the last 6 months that I've had it too.

Anyways I squatted 210 x 5 last night, which is a new record. I'll be up to 215 next week

And update on cute gym girl for Brett:
Last night she wasn't there but when I was walking out, she was walking in. Maybe it's fate As usual I gave her my stupid half assed :hs: kinda smile.

I did 180 on the leg press h: And I use 30lb dumbbells to curl. :run:

Legs tonight but I have no numbers because I only remember them once I get to the machine I will be using h:

edit: Can you classify deadlifts under back day? I always do them on back day since it's lower back... Some people do them on leg day.

I think it falls under legs but it kind of works both fairly equally if you ask me.

Only reason why I don't do it on leg day is because I do squats, so it's kinda overtaxing my body to do 2 of my big 3 in one night.

Leg days always kick my ass, especially the 2 days following.
