You could try them with bands, but that's kinda gay.

Meh, hating it. Trying to find what works best for me. Have tendinitis in my right elbow now.

Doing sets of 12, so my volumes are huge. 120-160 reps a night. Bodybuilder type workout.

Finally not losing weight now, been going up 1/2 lb a week.

gonna try 190-200lbs on my home machine today for presses :noes:

already doing 200lbs for the lateral bar and 160lbs on the curls.

Doesn't sound like much, but ask Dom, that shit is heavier than free weights

OK I see your point, I am doing seated calf raises so it weighs out a little differently which would be Stack weight + % of body weight (unknown).

You can also do them on the hip sled so that you are only pushing sledweight + plates. Or you can do a resistance machine (leaper) which does progressive resistance depending on lifting force. You could also do rolling calf exercises which is a round platform you roll your feet across while standing on it and add weights in hand to up the amount.

I have to fight hard for leg growth because my legs are naturally thin (think chicken leg syndrome) as are my arms but I have decent strength in them. Basically right now I want to bulk in my legs and define in my upper body (slight barrel chest) and then bulk a bit in my arms. I have an odd build I guess
