I don't have the letter, his wife threw it away. but check on V6Performance.net. They confirmed it. I called Honda, and they c onfirmed it's 109K miles now. Forgot to confirm the year models since I assumed it's for all 6th Gen. I did told him that mine is and 02 and he told me to bring it in to check out.

update:
Keys handed to me today. I gave him the down $$.
They're going to detail the car and fix minor things before I give them the rest. I'm driving it tomorrow, on his insurance of course since we're great friends
Oh well, the driver side seat got some torn leather, I'm thinking of getting all the seats re-wrapped.
