Good job mang! How tall are you again? I'm 6'3 and weigh more than I have ever weighed...@ 250

. I keep going in and out of these exercise fads but took it serious tonight so I did a little over 7 miles just now on my bike. I plan to mix it up with other cardio like running/walking.

I better stick with it this time.
