Jobs...there are a lot of service-type jobs here and shit. There is a really nice area just down the road a bit.

I'm making about 50-55k yr in NJ and barely making ends meet

Trying to buy a house for under $250k, but they're no bigger than 1k sq':ugh: Plus I have to commute 60 miles to work cuz living close would cost me 5x more in property taxes, plus housing is 2-3x more than southern central NJ.

Scottsdale is a little on the expensive side but you can still find something with in reason there. Tempe, and Mesa are pretty nice areas as well as North Phoenix. People always bitch about the heat, its really not that bad when you've got misters so you can chill outside, or you've go the A/C cranking. You allowed to put limo tint on your car because the heat. Do I need to mention that there are so many hot chicks out here it's really unbelieveable. You won't know what I'm talking about unless you actually go out to Tempe, or Scottsdale and experence it for yourself.
