Damn...I think I need someone to tag along to the gym with me once to see my workout and if it sucks or not.

Yeah my first exercise is always my biggest. They are also compound exercises.
I usually warm up with pull-ups though.
I start off with standing curls, then mix it up after that.

btw dom, do you do it standing up or seated preacher-style?
I haven't tried 50 per hand but I can probably do it. I max out at 45/arm but that was a while ago.

I just started again on my home gym ( :ghey: ) to warm up for free weights in a month or so. Surprisingly, I was able to do 180's on bench and the full stack (200lbs) on lateral bar. I haven't lifted in about 2-3months.
I actually lift more on free weights due to not uhh... greasing the pullies on this machine

in the end, it works out better. I was benching 200 (4x15reps) on the machine and was easily doing 205(4x15reps) on free weights.

my first tricep workout is 45lb each hand, 2 sets of 5. then 40lbs, 2 sets of 5
then i'll do one hand preacher curls w/ a 30lb, usually 3 sets of 8
hammer curls, 35lbs each, 3 sets of 10
some weird curls i do sitting incline, 30lbs, 3 sets of 7
