I just started again on my home gym ( :ghey: ) to warm up for free weights in a month or so. Surprisingly, I was able to do 180's on bench and the full stack (200lbs) on lateral bar. I haven't lifted in about 2-3months.

I actually lift more on free weights due to not uhh... greasing the pullies on this machine h:
in the end, it works out better. I was benching 200 (4x15reps) on the machine and was easily doing 205(4x15reps) on free weights.
