Default Hay workout crew~~ <3

I curled 105 x 2 the other night.

Before that I was curling 95 x 6, then the other night I tried 100 and got 5 reps out of that. The guy beside me was like "Go for 115!" I was all :eek3: and said I'd rather do 105 than embarrass myself with 115.

Curling triple digits crew holla :hay:

Nope. I am trying to tone not bulk, so I do light stuff with lots o reps.

speaking of, my entire upper body is sore this morning :sad:

You have a noob chick's workout mentality.

You need to bulk up first before toning down to get cut.

Actually Jay had a lot to do with the whole bulking deal.

Just eat A LOT and lift heavy.

So far it's working pretty well. :hay:

Is this your first arm workout of the night? Because Ill do 2-3 independent lifts before I go preacher. At that point, Im pretty spent so Ill curl 90 at that point and stick to it until I fail.

i can curl 50lb dumbbells each hand, but i dunno if i can do 100lbs w/ both. does that make sense? its weird

btw dom, do you do it standing up or seated preacher-style?
