Infected hair folicle on my chest FTL :sad:



The problem is that I have this current layer of fat that's very difficult to remove, and this is coming off a two week break in which I pigged out on rich holiday fewds. And I've lost strength all around in the last month. I've gone from

95lb dumbells -> 85lb dumbells on the flat bench
50lb dumbells -> 42.5lb dumbells on the concentration curls
250lb -> 230lb on the lat pulldown
120lb dumbells -> 110lb dumbells on the bench row pull (or whatever the hell that one is called)

Kind of dissapointing, but good incentive to keep last year's new year resolution going strong

I'm going to try to start working out when I get back to school. My gf doesn't want me to though. :thinking:

Girls are weird like that. I think they don't like that you end up being dedicated to something other than them (looking better) and that it will make you more atttactive to other women. My ex didn't like me working out, but my current girl is supportive of it so far... But I haven't blown her off for the gym yet, so that's a future possibility

ive maintained muslce wihtout really working out.

cardio went to hell, ran two blocks and was a goner.

I told her that I'm unhappy with my fat and I wanted to try to slim down a bit. She got sad and said she liked me how I am and that I'm the perfect size. I'm not really unhappy with the way I look, I'm just self conscious.

I'm changing my workout schedule a bit. I use to work out everyday after work, now i'm working out during my lunch breaks and while i'm at work.
