The problem is that I have this current layer of fat that's very difficult to remove, and this is coming off a two week break in which I pigged out on rich holiday fewds. And I've lost strength all around in the last month. I've gone from
95lb dumbells -> 85lb dumbells on the flat bench
50lb dumbells -> 42.5lb dumbells on the concentration curls
250lb -> 230lb on the lat pulldown
120lb dumbells -> 110lb dumbells on the bench row pull (or whatever the hell that one is called)
Kind of dissapointing, but good incentive to keep last year's new year resolution going strong
