I'm going with AMD for prices and because its a bit better for the non-high end stuff.

CPU:
AMD Athlon 64 3800+ Venice - 83.50 (With free money clip! :woo: ) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103531
AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Venice - 59.50 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103535

I have a question. As far as Mobos go, whats the difference between OEM and Retail? Actually as far as everything. I know it means no box, but what else? For the Mobos the retail was hell of a lot cheaper.
Retail is akin to what you would buy in Best Buy. Full pretty box, all the accessories, manuals, and warranty.

OEM, you have to watch. Sometimes it's all that but not the pretty box, or all of the above but no warranty. Or no manual, etc. But, are generally cheaper.

I like the ABIT KN9 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813127010
Lots of features and a decent price as far as mobo's with that much stuff on em go.
