Antec P180 vs Antec Sonata II
I'm looking forward to it. Now I just need to get the money for the rest of the stuff. I have no clue what to buy. I'm going to go with an AMD motherboard. 4500 CPU. Don't know what model of video board to do. ATI and Niveda are good, I know that. I don't game much so I don't need a great one. I would like the possibility of dual monitors, but thats not needed.

Video, go with a Nvidia 7300gs, you should be able to get them in the $100 range, and if you wanted to play some games, they can handle most recentish games fairly well without being too expensive.
edit: spend what you want on the case. There are some decent ones for $50 out there, sure. I usually prefer ones that happen to have a higher price. Just because it has a higher price doesn't mean it's better though. However the P180 is really nice. If I were looking for a new case, that'd be the first I'd consider.

That one is cheap and has good reviews.
Any of you guys want to give me some tips and things to look for? Any websites where they review lots of board and tell the best?

I have the Antec P180 and I really like it. It's very cool and very quiet.
If you're getting it, make sure that you get a PSU that's has the Voltage rails long enough. Most of the good PSU are sufficient (OCZ, Antec, CoolerMasters, etc.) are lengthy enough.
I also have the Gigabyte Aurora. It's another study and great case also. This case is the perfect setup for watercooling
G'luck and let us know how it turns out

I think I may just go ahead and order everything soon. I really don't know whats good as far as motherboards go.
So my dad gave me a site, http://mysuperpc.com and I found a couple motherboards, that I had been looking at earlier.

I'm going with AMD for prices and because its a bit better for the non-high end stuff.
CPU:
AMD Athlon 64 3800+ Venice - 83.50 (With free money clip! :woo: ) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103531
AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Venice - 59.50 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103535
I have a question. As far as Mobos go, whats the difference between OEM and Retail? Actually as far as everything. I know it means no box, but what else? For the Mobos the retail was hell of a lot cheaper.
