I like it medium but when I go to a restaurant I always order medium well because they tend to under-cook it.

I'm surprised at what everyone was saying. I was expecting more to the rare side of the scale.

Why do you say that?

I use to like my steak medium rare but a couple of years back, medium rare started to taste... :barf: to me :hs:
