subtract the rice, and veggies, give me 3 or 4 more of those steaks and thats my dinner.

Wrap the little bugger in a strip of extra thick sliced bacon, cook for 7 minutes a side, serve and eat.

You can either broil it or grill it...your choice. Don't marinate a filet mignon. Some salt, fresh ground pepper...that's all you need. I've tried to recreate the butter sauce that Ruth's Chris puts on their filet's, but I can't get it. Butter sauced filet > *

Blue blaze it. Just enough to make the grill line impression on each side.
1-2 minutes tops each side.
Rare and tasty. no added anything for quality meat. Caveman style.
