trying to bust down to 180 (currently @ 193 to 197 :squint:)by New Years. I've integrated some cardio into my workouts, so hopefully that'll get the job done.

I was 11 minutes late for work. I have a feeling that is just the start of a miserable day. :noes:

got home from work had cereal, coffee and 2 small pcs of xmas candy. fed the dog and the hamster. its not going to get out of the 20s today. the pom decides to take his sweet ole time outside doin his business with his thick winter coat..he cant just dump and run. he has to case the place to find just the right spot, sniff who has been there before and ill tell him 'u were yesterday and the day before....' the whole time im waiting i can hear my teeth chattering, frost forming on the eyebrows...'hurry up tiberius' falls on deaf ears. i even try to bribe him with a treat..
