had mine done last year. I recovered fast I even ate Chinese that night. I remember rinsing with warm salt water actually felt good.

my dad got his out when he was like 40, 45ish. i dont know why they decided to do it then.. but they did :dunno:

Still got mine. The only person that wanted me to have them out was one of my dentists...she said it was too hard for her to clean them. Switched dentists.

I got all 4 done at once back when I was like 19...would highly recommend being knocked out for the procedure. I had it easy though man, no impacted ones and i got the good drugs Vicodin. Couldn't sleep for shit on that stuff though. I actually STARTED smoking during that time. Weird. No joke about dry socket though man, no straws for sure. Just keep the holes clean and you'll be straight. I had BBQ for dinner same night and I didn't look like a chipmunk for the next few days either. Hope you don't either man.

I got all 4 of mine out no problem. There was little to no pain. None of them were impacted or anything so it was easy. I still have the teeth in a drawer somewhere. Like others have said, the hard part is getting used to not having teeth there.
