My fat is down, muscle is up, but overall weight is about the same. I'm alright with that since i can finally see some definition in my arms, chest and abs. I'm just trying to keep up my current intensity

The progress comes so fast at first, and then slows down.

I could work out for 3 months and not see much difference now.

yeah. its been dang slow noticing a "difference", but i know its there. plus maybe its cuz i always see myself that i dont notice

i'm doing well. starting to get some definition in my chest. been running and it gets better every time. i've been a slacker for a couple of weeks though. i'll be going tonight though, since it'll be empty.

why is it harder to do dumbbell benches than regular flat bench? or is it just me
