Workout Squad:Progress/Overview
So i was talking to Charles and Chris online and they mentioned that all along, the way i've been trying to knock some fat off is technically the wrong way. After talking to some guys at work i found out i was doing even more things wrong in terms of supplements.
When it comes to working out. I would do some heavy lifting and then do a half hour of cardio. I'm comfortable with my 200+ weight, but im not comfortable with my man b00bs. I also am trying to slim the waste and belly size alot before June comes so i can fit into my Link costume i'm having made. They told me that i shouldn't even do Cardio as it takes away muscles, also that muscles burn fat more.
I also found out from some guys i work with that the way im taking my protein shakes are wrong. They mentioned how the best way to take them is with water, you can take it with Mulk, but it's not recommended. I am lactose intolerant which i used Lactaid mulk instead of regular mulk. Turns out that's even worse.
So with all that said. I'm doing heavy lifting every other day and taking a protein shake mixed with water and peanut butter in the morning when i wake and one after each workout. I weighed myself yesterday and i was at 218. Let's see how i am this time next month.
What about you guys...besides reechys forearms....anybody else making progress
