I'm 20 yrs old

6'4" 305

I work out 4 times a week every week

By clean i mean healthy...like fruits, vegetables, and lean meats

I haven't made any gains on the bench in months and im getting frustrated...i've been eating crap for lunch and now its gotta stop, the weight ive put on is a mixture of muscle and fat....i just want muscle weight.

If you are eating healthy, then I doubt you are putting on fat. If you throw some cardio into your workout, that will help you burn fat all the time, not just when you are working out.

I either want to gain or maintain.....I need to gain more strenght

gaining weight is all in calories and protein. its a matter of where these come from.

Thats what i was doing, this is my meal plan before school started

Morning/

1 Vitamin
1 Yogurt
2 Waffles
1 Protein Shake
1 Banana

Lunch/

3 Arby's Sandwiches
1 Fry
1 Cherry Turnover

Snack/

1 PB Sandwich

Before Gym/

1 PB Sandwich
1 Protein Shake

Dinner/

Whatever was at the crib

Snack/
1 Protein Shake

cut the sugar. (be weary of juices and certain fruits)
no salty foods.
lots of water.
do not eat after 7pm every night.
