Interview tips
The VERY first thing I notice and stays in my head is the Handshake.
Proper handshake includes:
A palm at a 45 degree til away from the body
Grasp the other hand firmly...not too hard though
and look the person in the eye and try to get a smile.
Then release the handshake and nod your head.
other than that; be honest, maintin visual contact, leave out the Umm's a vocal pause it far stronger and lets them know you are thinking. Don't just blare out an answer...thinking it over for a few seconds

Be yourself
Try to mentally prepare yourself for the position you're interviewing for by thinking of past experiences that show related abilities - like leadership, commitment, initiative, etc.
Think about your answers and don't be afraid to say that you don't know, or that you have no experience, or that you didn't understand the question.
I've found that humor always helps too - no one likes an asshole or something that they don't think would be a team player, so if you see an opportunity to crack a joke or share an amusing (short) story, do it. Make the interviewer feel like you could be his buddy.
They made me take a couple interviewing classes here
h: And a 30 minute seminar on how to shake a hand

Also, I always look at it as a chance to prove myself and show off my abilities, which helps me to not be nervous.

1. Don't shake hands on initial meet, shake their hands after unless they put their hand out to shake yours and if so, be a man and give him a firm handshake. Weak handshakes say a lot about a man, so do you want to come off as a wuss?
2. Be calm and relaxed
3. Answer questions with confidence.
4. Eye contact
5. Be truthful.
6. Be 5-10 mins early
7. Dress appropriate for the position. If it was to be working in a warehouse then its ok to be a bit more casual; say jeans and a nice dress shirt. If you would be working in a office then khakis /dress pants with a nice shirt, shoes and tie.
