The VERY first thing I notice and stays in my head is the Handshake.

Proper handshake includes:
A palm at a 45 degree til away from the body
Grasp the other hand firmly...not too hard though
and look the person in the eye and try to get a smile.
Then release the handshake and nod your head.


other than that; be honest, maintin visual contact, leave out the Umm's a vocal pause it far stronger and lets them know you are thinking. Don't just blare out an answer...thinking it over for a few seconds
