I have a new 30 minute routine. It works great. I just dont have the time to sit and wait with muh schedule. Pretty fun too.

I can't wait to get back to the gym... Fuck this getting sick business. I've been thinking of sweating my cold out at the gym sauna but then I'd get everyone else sick :exnbp:

I've been sick too and I've been trying to get back into working out, but the 2 weeks off got me very lazy h:

A mile is too much for me. I'd have to wait like 5 minutes to catch my breath if I did that before lifting. A nice warmup jog would be better.
