You said it. There are way more WRX's available than there are RS's. It seems like availability would bring the value down a lil' IMO.

And it's true about the TD04. It's a really good turbo for what it is.

dude they shouldnt even make the RS anymore, its overweight and underpowered. As much as I want you to kill yourself after buy the RS and I can make fun of you....I still cant bring myself to tell you its a good idea.

Believe it or not you can make power with that engine. Just tuning it for 93 octane will make a pretty big difference. Hondata doesn't make anything for it though.
