help!

i got to school and i plugged in my computer and guess what-- it doesnt work.

the computer turns on but it wont boot up.

i have:
p4 3.0ghz with HT
2gigs of DDR 533
128 meg X800 ATi video card running on PCI-E
WinTV tuner
audigy 2 sound card.
phillips DVD+-RW
dvd rom
floppy drive.

it seems that once the computer turns on it does nothing else-- no bios no anything.. the keyboard is unresponsive and it won't numlock or scroll lock (which it whould do at about any time)

help me out guys i am freaking out without a computer. could my memory bad? i was thinking maybe it's the cmos but i reset it and nothing. at frst i thought it was the video card.. but then i got to thinking if that were the case it would beep. IT DOES NOTHING

if all the fans on the mobo come on, then the mobo is getting power.
can you reseat the cpu? smell the cpu and see if it has a burning smell?
