literally sick.... honestly the sub goes down in the 12.5hz range, which can make a person violently ill due to the harsh movement of soundwaves in the ear canal.

I can honestly say that I have the most badass home entertainment speakers around, and I am not trying to gloat at all. Now they next thing is the Pioneer Elite Receiver, and everything will be complete.

I'll let you know what we bought and give me you input on how to improve and what accessories to buy, etc.

Will do.

I can give pretty good prices on speakers, so even if he wants to take it back. Mind you, my setup is comparable to a 15k set of speakers, but would be available for purchase at a fraction of the cost.

What do you think of 7.1? I know THX is 6.1. I have a 7.1 system, it's nice on Neo6 Cinema coming from my Sony receiver.

7.1 is nice, but if you dont have a reciever that actually uses the 7th channel, instead just mixes the front and back, then I dont think it is worth it.

I used to be like a lot of people with home audio, I have 5.1, that is the best there is. No, there is 5.1 for regular people, and 5.1 for audophiles as we a re called.

I can promise you that I can pop in a movie that you have already seen, and you will say that you were never immensed into it like that ever before, you just get lost.

Not meaning to sound like a snob, but I just know better now.
