workout crew v. cardio
what's the best way to increase endurance and stamina?
in general...better to run slower for a long period of time, or faster for a short period of time?
and bike or treadmill? or both?

I was starting to do HIIT? Mixing up sprinting in short burst with steady jogging. Noticed it helped a lot. But I think the key is being able to push yourself for longer overall. I really need to get back into cardio.

i realized i couldn't tread in the water for more than 30 minutes or so without sinking
let alone swim at a decent pace for a certain amount of time
swim
if you run... run hard but dont be sprinting cuz then you'll just burn yourself out quickly. try to find the quickest pace that you can keep for an entire 30min without slowing down and cheating.
