Default workout crew v. cardio

what's the best way to increase endurance and stamina?

in general...better to run slower for a long period of time, or faster for a short period of time?

and bike or treadmill? or both? h:

well if you're looking to increase endurance, you need to exercise for those longer stretches of time. and try the elyptical machine, it works the full body.

gassed out on the honeymoon, eh?

I was starting to do HIIT? Mixing up sprinting in short burst with steady jogging. Noticed it helped a lot. But I think the key is being able to push yourself for longer overall. I really need to get back into cardio. h:

swim

if you run... run hard but dont be sprinting cuz then you'll just burn yourself out quickly. try to find the quickest pace that you can keep for an entire 30min without slowing down and cheating.
