Hell, this kid is 17. Boys at 17 probably have the same or less capacity as girls at 14.
I'm not saying he should do it - just that you'd have to know a lot more about each of the people involved to know whether or not either of them were mature enough to make such decisions. (Of course, since he came on HAN to ask about the issue, he has recognized it and realizes it might be wrong).

When I was 14, my virginity was taken by another girl that was 14. She straight up told me to take off my pants and everything. I guess each year kids that are sexually active are getting younger.
Look, at 17 you're right on that border... You can make your own choices. Personally, I wouldn't have done it with a 14 year old at 17. I enlisted in the Marine Corps when I was 17. Maybe you should too. Then when you come back, you can get girls that are a couple years older than you.
