Comments like this are funny to me. If this girl were to grab a gun and go shoot up her school, everyone would want to try her as an adult, saying she had the adult capacity to make and understand that decision, but if she chooses to bang a 17 year old, he took advantage of her and she didn't have the capacity to make that choice.

Hell, this kid is 17. Boys at 17 probably have the same or less capacity as girls at 14.

I'm not saying he should do it - just that you'd have to know a lot more about each of the people involved to know whether or not either of them were mature enough to make such decisions. (Of course, since he came on HAN to ask about the issue, he has recognized it and realizes it might be wrong).
