no state defines statutory rape to be legal if both party are under the statutory age. thus if the statutory age is 15 and you the two party involved are both 14, guess what, the guy can still be charged. in fact there has been cases where the statutory age was 18, the parties involved were 16 and 17 and the guy was charged with statutory rape.

But i see where RB26 is coming from...I had an experience where i introduced myself to a chick...we were talking and everything and we setup a date to go out...I had my doubts about this chick....so i specifically made a date to go to a R rated movie...well...low and behold she wasn't 19...she was 15 bout to turn 16...now mind you i felt extremely dirty. I also wanted to bash her brains in for lying to me like that...but i kindly paid for the movie...and during the movie...i got up...told her i was going to the bathroom...got in my car....and went home...Now some people would say im at fault...why...cus she's a girl..and i'm a man....It's a lose lose situation....

It is impossible for a girl to seduce a man into having sex with her. It's also impossible for a woman to rape a man. At least that is how the courts see it. The man is always responsible even if the woman slips a viagra in his drink, injects him with a sedative and goes to town on him. The next day she could cry rape and the man would get locked away.
