Good to hear Dom.

BTW, I still laugh everytime I see your user text and avatar...then read your location. Outstanding.

I'm waiting until after the 27th to try lifting again. I was going to last week, but decided I didn't want to possibly aggravate my shoulder injury before another pro test.

The good....

Kept watch on my food intake. I'm actually eating more healthier perse....I cut out the morning bagle sandwich all together and just have some eggs.
Mid morning i'll have a hard boiled egg.
Lunch it's usually a Tuna Fish Sandwich or a Salad.
Mid Afternoon it's another hard boiled egg.
Dinner on somedays is a 12" Subway Club. (I can't leave the cheese off of it though :wtc: )
I went to the doctor about my ear infection and i weighed myself and i'm now down to 218 and i honestly can feel a difference. Times when my back would've quit on me, it hasn't

The bad...
I've been doing high reps of weights at the gym and i can't seem to increase the amount of reps. I would figure by this time i would feel something but i haven't. Plus i'm starting to develop stretch marks around the tummy :wtc:

dude, its all mental. increase it with just 5 lb's for weighted sets. you can do it. you said you have felt a difference, there you go. keep going.
